For GXO Mechelen, we are seeking a warehouse worker who will be responsible for carefully completing and preparing products for shipment.
As a warehouse worker/ "finisher", you are the final step in the production process. You make sure that every product leaves the warehouse in perfect condition.
Your tasks:
• Packaging products and components according to instructions
• Quality checks to ensure everything meets the standards
• Preparing orders for shipment: labeling, stacking, and organising
• Using a BT, stacker and forklift to efficiently move goods
• Performing a final inspection before shipping
• Working closely with colleagues in production, warehouse, and logistics
Profiel
• You are precise and like to work in a structured way
• You have experience in a logistics or production environment
• You can work independently but also function well in a team
• You speak and understand English in a professional environment
• You have a certificate to use a forklift
Aanbod
• Quick start with a temporary (interim) contract; option for a permanent contract after 6 months of interim work
• A competitive salary based on experience, starting at €16.44 gross/hour
