As a Customization Operator, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for tailoring products to specific customer requirements. Your responsibilities include:
- Performing customization tasks according to strict quality standards
- Accurately processing customer orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Monitoring and ensuring product quality throughout the process
- Using scanners for accurate inventory and tracking
- Collaborating efficiently with colleagues in a rotating shift environment
- Reporting activities and results through digital systems
Profiel
We are looking for a driven candidate with:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a logistics or production environment
- Valid licenses for EPT, stacker, and forklift
- Good knowledge of Dutch OR English (both is a plus)
- Experience with computer systems, especially Excel, Word, WMS, and scanners
- Precision and attention to detail in task execution
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
- A team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and the capacity to work independently

Hourly wage: €16.4430
Shift premium: 7.5% on top of the hourly wage
Meal vouchers: €7 per working day
Travel allowance: According to the official sector rates
Bicycle allowance: €0.27 per kilometer (round trip)
