As a Rework Area Operator at GXO Logistics, you are responsible for repairing or modifying products. You use scanners to identify and register items in the system. You work accurately and efficiently within a shift system and are physically capable of lifting heavy objects.
Your tasks include:
Repairing, modifying, or repackaging damaged or incorrect products
Scanning and accurately registering goods in the WMS system
Verifying product labels and barcodes for accuracy
Moving goods using EPT or forklift
Reporting discrepancies or damage to the team leader
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Collaborating with colleagues to meet daily targets
Assisting with inventory counts and stock checks when needed

Requirements
• Ability to work with scanners
• Physically capable of lifting heavy items
• Flexible availability for rotating shifts
• Familiarity with tools/software:
• Excel
• Word
• WMS systems
• Scanner
• General computer knowledge
• Language: English required
• Certifications/Training:
• EPT training
• Forklift certification
• IT skills: Sufficient IT knowledge to work with scanners and computers
• Higher profile: Able to work independently and take responsibility
Aanbod
• Hourly wage: €16.4430
• Shift premium: 7.5% of the hourly wage
• Meal vouchers: €7 per working day
• Travel allowance: According to the official sector rates
• Bicycle allowance: €0.27 per kilometer (round trip)
